In terms of location, proximity to public transportation stops and walking distance to school are significant advantages. We have the top-level speed and connectivity in the region with a fiber internet infrastructure. With our student kitchen, students have the space to showcase their culinary skills or practical solutions. Another area we take pride in is cleanliness; detailed cleaning is done in rooms every week, and common areas are cleaned daily. We provide hot and cold water with our water dispensers.
Our mandatory 24/7 staff presence, fingerprint access, closed-circuit camera system, and other security measures are at the forefront, forming the main element of our service.
As the HAPPY Dormitory family, our establishment was founded by an educator family with 35 years of experience. We have been providing services in the Buca district for the past ten years. The central location of the business is close to Dokuz Eylül University Tınaztepe Campus. Our dormitory, formed after an old government building, is the only dormitory with a bathroom and toilet in each room.
In addition to personal facilities such as a wardrobe, refrigerator, and a study center in each room, we provide an environment where personal work can be done without time loss by having a shared study room on each floor. Our social activity areas include a Gymnasium, Cinema Hall, Playstation Room, Table Tennis Area, Project Design Workshop, and a Terrace with acoustic ambiance where you can spend your free time building relationships in the dormitory.

We congratulate the 35-year veteran teachers, a couple, and their Dokuz Eylül University graduate son, who jointly operate Dokuz Eylül Men’s Student Dormitories, primarily because of the success of you, our students, and your families.
Our dormitories are located 1-2 minutes away from the campuses, centrally positioned where all transportation vehicles in Buca pass. It is a 1-minute walk to the Education Campus and Vocational School, a 1-minute walk to the Dokuzçeşmeler Campus (Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, CHECO, Foreign Language), and a 5-minute walk, 1 stop away from the Tınaztepe Campus (Engineering, Architecture, Faculty of Law).

Cleaning six days a week.
One day a week room cleaning; common areas are cleaned every six days.
Student kitchen
We provide the opportunity for students to prepare meals for themselves using a toaster and an electric stove to ensure the comforts of home.
Free laundry and ironing facilities available.
To provide home comfort for our students, we offer continuous access to washing machines and ironing facilities that they can use. We provide services with experienced and friendly staff.
24/7 Security

Reception
Our dormitory supervisors are available at the 24/7 reception desk to assist students with any questions or requests, and to direct them to the appropriate person. We provide services with experienced and friendly staff.

Our dormitories are located 1-2 minutes away from the campuses and in central locations where all transportation vehicles in Buca pass by.
